I am Monalisa Dutta, a former Squadron Leader in the Indian Air Force with over 11 years of experience in operational aviation meteorology, weather forecasting, flight safety support, and strategic leadership. Throughout my military career, I served as a Senior Meteorology Officer, providing mission-critical weather support for aviation operations in diverse and challenging environments. My work involved weather forecasting, route weather analysis, operational decision support, and briefing pilots and commanders to ensure safe and effective mission planning.

Today, I work as a Senior Meteorology Consultant, advising technology organizations on the development of AI-driven weather forecasting and decision-support systems. My focus is on integrating meteorological expertise with emerging technologies to transform complex weather data into practical, actionable intelligence.
